Job Description

Simformotion LLC is hiring a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist to support its marketing team across print, digital, interactive, and web content in a hybrid remote setup in East Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce print and digital collateral, including product briefs, infographics, digital ads, and email campaign materials; update assets as needed
  • Create interactive graphics for curriculums
  • Manage design work across multiple brands while following brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and attend video shoots as needed; edit video to build promos and explainers
  • Contribute to social media content development
  • Monitor and deliver on multiple initiatives and projects at the same time
  • Stay current with digital technology developments and recommend improvements when appropriate
  • Support WordPress website activities, including landing pages, data capture forms, and other website design needs
  • Troubleshoot functional issues in WordPress
  • Partner with the internal marketing team to publish ongoing content; optimize content for SEO, lead conversion, and engagement on company sites
  • Learn and understand product lines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design
  • Proven working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Articulate Rise; additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools are a plus
  • Website design and/or WordPress development experience, including understanding WordPress, plugins, and themes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Works effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interest in continual learning and applying new skills
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Sugar Market CRM experience is a plus
