Graphic Design Associate

Shirt Shanty is hiring a part-time, onsite Graphic Design Associate in Marietta, GA. This role helps keep customer orders moving from artwork to production by preparing clean, print-ready files, coordinating approvals, and supporting the production team. What you’ll do

• Prepare customer artwork for production using Adobe Illustrator.
• Set up print-ready files to ensure orders are ready to print.
• Send artwork proofs to customers for approval.
• Complete artwork changes and revisions based on customer feedback.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding artwork updates and approval needs.
• Work alongside the production team to confirm artwork accuracy before printing.
• Keep projects moving while meeting daily deadlines.

What you bring

• Graphic Design degree or currently working toward one.
• Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to file prep and revisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong written communication skills for customer emails.
• Reliable and willing to learn.

Helpful experience

• Experience vectoring artwork.
• Screen printing or apparel decoration experience.
• Experience working in a print shop or production environment.

On-site details & pay

This is a part-time, in-person role in Marietta, GA. Pay starts from $18.00 per hour.
