Job Description
Build production-ready design skills while working on real licensed sports, entertainment, and lifestyle products. In this onsite Graphic Design role in Ronda, NC, you’ll create original artwork and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver graphics for digital, print, packaging, and e-commerce.

What you’ll do
- Create original artwork and graphics for licensed products across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle categories.
- Design product graphics, packaging, presentation boards, catalogs, sell sheets, advertisements, web banners, and e-commerce content.
- Prepare production-ready artwork, including sizing, color separations, file organization, and technical specifications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to incorporate feedback, meet brand requirements, and support project progress toward deadlines.
- Review digital proofs and product samples to confirm color, placement, accuracy, and overall design quality while staying aligned with consumer and graphic-design trends.
What you bring
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- A professional or academic portfolio showing graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience preparing artwork for print, digital media, packaging, or consumer products (academic projects can demonstrate these skills).
- Strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and image preparation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in communication and time management.
- Ability to accept creative direction, incorporate feedback, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: experience with licensed products, sports graphics, e-commerce, or consumer-product development.
Schedule, location, and pay
- Location: Ronda, NC (onsite)
- Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Pay: $45,000 per year (base pay range)

Compensation note: The base pay range is $45,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
