Responsibilities

- Hypothesize: articulate clear design hypotheses and rapidly prototype to test how placement, messaging, and interaction influence understanding and adoption of Spaces.
- Experiment: run tests from entry-point copy to larger workflow redesigns, prioritizing speed of insight over perfection.
- Influence: connect design choices to business outcomes and present reasoning clearly to partners and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate: work closely with research, data science, content strategy, product management, and engineering to align on user needs and intent across the Spaces funnel.
- Define: contribute growth design frameworks and approaches that others can build on within the team.
- Elevate: operate at staff scope by shaping the problem, influencing the roadmap, and elevating the team’s thinking about how Spaces reaches users.
Requirements

How to Apply
- Please submit your resume and portfolio.
- We are particularly interested in work where the starting point was a user problem or a gap in the funnel, not a feature request.
- Include examples of both optimization work and larger conceptual swings, with clear explanations of how you decided which approach was appropriate.
- Show how you partnered with research, data, PM, and content to define and validate your approach.
- Provide evidence of staff-level scope, demonstrating how you shaped the problem or influenced the roadmap beyond execution.
