This is a remote, four-week contract focused on UI/UX design, custom diagrams and infographics, and animated visuals in WordPress using Elementor Pro for a technical client.
Responsibilities
- Design original diagrams and infographics and implement them in WordPress with Elementor Pro, including smooth scroll triggered animations.
- Refine existing layout materials into polished web graphics, custom diagrams, and structured infographics while preserving their logic and meaning.
- Create visuals from scratch, avoiding stock templates or AI-generated imagery, and derive visuals from the client framework and text.
- Develop a modern visual system featuring smooth scroll animations, such as floating cards, to pace explanations.
- Implement the animation framework within a focused 4‑week co‑build, concentrating on UI/UX design, graphic assets, and animation execution.
- Wrap animations and layouts into reusable Elementor templates or custom global widgets for site‑wide reuse, ensuring usability for content updates by non‑developers.
- Work in a SiteGround staging sandbox with collaborator access; collaborate with the client to engineer code; final push to live is handled by the client.
- Collaborate through short iterative cycles with 2–3 weekly screen‑sharing sessions; maintain frequent communication.
- Provide a comprehensive design engineering and animation framework aligned with the client's ownership of the content layer.
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX web design experience with the ability to design original diagrams and infographics and implement them in WordPress using Elementor Pro, including smooth scroll triggered animations.
- Ability to create custom diagrams and infographics from scratch, not relying on generic templates or stock imagery.
- Experience wrapping animations and layouts into reusable Elementor templates or custom global widgets; components should have clear naming and straightforward controls for non‑developer updates.
- Strong collaboration skills; comfortable with short, frequent iterations and daily involvement in a staging environment; participate in 2–3 screen‑sharing sessions per week.
- Portfolio with live WordPress sites showing original visuals and front‑end scroll interactions (Elementor/GSAP) plus evidence of custom frontend work.
- Willingness to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing project details and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with or ability to discuss smooth scroll effects using native Elementor motion or libraries such as GSAP.
- Willingness to operate within a SiteGround staging sandbox with collaborator access; client will perform the final live deployment.

Benefits
Flexible schedule
Project Overview
The project introduces a completely new industry concept and standard. Given the novelty of the category, the website must serve as a powerful visual education tool that makes the concept approachable, inviting, and intriguing.
Timeline
The engagement runs as a focused 4‑week co‑build. Because the client will handle text entry, the scope centers on UI/UX design, creation of graphic assets, and implementation of the animation framework within the period. If core milestones are not met at the agreed points, scope, viability, and fit will be reassessed before continuing.
Technical Setup & Autonomy
- The client is an intermediate WordPress user with Elementor Pro installed on SiteGround hosting.
- Animations and visual layouts must be packaged as reusable Elementor templates or global widgets.
- The client retains 100% autonomy over content and must be able to add or rewrite text and duplicate sections without developer assistance.
- Components should have clear naming, simple controls, and non‑developer‑friendly usability for safe routine updates.
- Animation patterns should be reusable as Elementor templates or global widgets for site-wide reuse.
- The engagement emphasizes heavy design engineering and an animation framework, with the client owning the content layer.
Collaboration Style
The client acts as a hands‑on technical manager, working daily in the staging site. Expect short, frequent iterations and regular screen‑share sessions (2–3 per week) to review layouts, graphics, and interactions. This is a highly collaborative engagement with direct communication.
Mandatory Estimating & Quote Requirements
Proposals should include a breakdown by major tasks (graphic design and infographics separately from Elementor Pro animation/engineering), explicit assumptions about how scroll effects will be implemented (native Elementor motion versus lightweight libraries such as GSAP), and a fixed‑price four‑week milestone plan tied to concrete deliverables (for example Milestone 1: approved static layouts and graphics; Milestone 2: functional animated Elementor templates delivered to the dashboard).
Screening
We seek a single hybrid expert capable of handling both custom graphic design and advanced frontend animation coding. If you work with a micro‑team, specify roles and provide shared portfolio links.
Important
Generic template based Elementor sites are not sufficient evidence. Do not submit portfolios that only show lightly customized themes or marketplace kits. Include examples demonstrating original visual systems, custom diagrams/infographics, and bespoke motion work that you designed and implemented.
Confidentiality
Because the concept is highly proprietary, an NDA is required before sharing any layout details, text samples, or visual anchors. Confirm whether you and any collaborators are open to signing an NDA so a discovery call can be scheduled.
