Sr Designer Graphic Design

Hilton Grand Vacations’s in-house Branding & Creative team in Orlando is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with five to seven years of professional experience in consumer-direct marketing. The role focuses on designing and producing print assets and select digital materials, while managing production timelines and ensuring consistent brand execution across campaigns. This onsite position calls for collaboration with cross-functional partners and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging visuals for print and select digital channels, including brochures, banners, advertisements, in-store signage, environmental signage, annual reports, flyers, and more
• Prepare assets for print production, applying strong typography, color management, and awareness of printer specifications and constraints
• Collaborate with account managers, traffic managers, other designers, copywriters, and clients to effectively meet client and creative team expectations
• Juggle multiple projects concurrently using online project management tools, meeting deadlines and preserving brand consistency
• Deliver a steady stream of production work related to artwork created by other senior design leaders
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Stay current on design trends, tools and best practices across print and select digital media

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, excluding academic portfolio work
• Solid knowledge of print production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Strong grasp of print layout, production workflows, color theory and typography
• Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with online project management systems
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus
• Experience with HTML/CSS and Figma for email or web design is a plus
