Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a high volume of marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, landing page visuals, and social media content
  • Translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand designs with thoughtful execution
  • Independently interpret briefs and make informed decisions on layout, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy
  • Develop and execute social media content, selecting formats (static, carousel, short‑form video) and tailoring creative to platform best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while contributing to brand evolution where appropriate
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all work and provide clear, proactive communication on project status
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback, with the ability to iterate quickly
  • Support executive leadership with special design projects and presentations
  • Assist in creating pitch decks and sales materials that align with brand standards
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are delivered on schedule

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative problem‑solving (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced design or marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with knowledge of platform‑specific best practices
  • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Technologies: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, WordPress, HubSpot
