Graphic Design Administrator- Marketing

BioZyme Inc offers an onsite opportunity in Saint Joseph, MO for a Graphic Design Administrator within the marketing team. This role centers on translating complex animal health concepts into visually compelling materials, upholding brand identity, and collaborating across marketing, sales, and product groups to drive cohesive campaigns. You will contribute to both print and digital assets while staying current with design trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate task workflows and team collaboration using Asana to ensure timely delivery
• Design marketing assets including brochures, advertisements, social media visuals, product packaging, and trade show materials
• Maintain and evolve the BioZyme brand identity across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop cohesive campaigns
• Create visuals that simplify scientific and technical information for diverse audiences
• Prepare files for print production and digital distribution
• Contribute to website and email design updates as needed
• Ensure messaging and visual standards are consistent across materials
• Stay current with design trends and tools to inform ongoing work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital design skills
• Experience with resizing assets for multiple formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience creating digital marketing assets and social media designs
• Basic understanding of print production processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing and able to relocate or live within commuting distance of Headquarters in St. Joseph, MO
• Willing and able to be 100% in-person for this role
